Story
Blueprint Mechanical began as a side project, aimed at supporting smaller companies with essential maintenance services. It quickly became clear that there was a strong demand for skilled, reliable mechanical support across Karratha and the surrounding regions. What started small soon evolved into a full-time operation.
​Within 12 months, we expanded the team – and now, just fours years since our beginning, we’ve grown to a crew of four and continue to grow at pace.

Brad Pettitt (BP02)
Founder, Director, Heavy Diesel Plant Mechanic
After years of experience in the mining industry, Brad thought why not become the 'bossman' . Since then Brad has grown the business to the fleet we know and love today, applying his years of knowledge in heavy diesel mining equipment repairs whilst implementing his strong family-first values that have led us to strive in our field.
Austyn Merritt (PRO1)
Mobile Plant Mechanic
Austyn ( AKA Auzzee) has been a member of the Blueprint team for nearly 3 years and has since completed a trade upgrade (Heavy Diesel Plant Mechanic). Austyn's only way is to go above and beyond customer the standard, an irreplaceable member of the Blueprint Team.
Cory Hospital (BP01)
Mobile Plant Mechanic
Recently Cory completed his apprenticeship after 12 months with the team to become a fully qualified Plant Mechanic. Since day one Cory has been in the field service role, proving he's a quick learner and constantly expanding his skill set. Cory's been braving the elements with plenty of on-site jobs lately, quickly becoming an amazing member of the Blueprint team.
Elsa Jeffries (BP04)
Mobile Plant Mechanic
Elsa brings a diverse set of skills due to her years of experience within the mining industry and is an extremely valuable member of our team. You'll find her braving the elements on site or doing the little jobs around town, bringing her hard work and reliable attitude to them all.
